Reaches maximum hardness in just 12 hours. Once hardened, Lab-metal can be drilled, tapped, filed, sanded and machined. And because it's filled with aluminum powder, it won't rust or rot. Use to form your own parts, repair holes, rust and dents in sheet metal, smooth rough and pitted surfaces on cast metal and to make wood and plastic look like real metal. Requires use of #80922 Lab-metal Solvent (sold separately). 3/4 lb. can.

Note: Lab-metal is not conductive and can withstand a max. temperature of 350 degrees F.
