Our MicroLux Filing Machine eliminates the drudgery of filing by hand and increases the speed and accuracy of your work. Special files (one coarse-cut included) oscillate vertically through the 3-1/2 inch x 4-1/4 inch work table and cut on the pull stroke for fast stock removal. Works on metal, wood, fiberglass, resin and plastic. Stroke: 5/32 inch. Maximum thickness of workpiece: 3/8 inch. Motor: 12v DC, 1.0 amp. Machine attaches to edge of workbench with included clamp.
The MicroLux Medium-Duty Transformer provides 12v DC power and acts as a variable speed control for the Filing Machine. Transformer contains special feedback circuitry that automatically boosts the power to the tool when it is under load so that the speed remains constant. Plugs into standard 110v AC household outlet.
