Launched in 1797, the Frigate USS Constellation has a long record of service in war and in peacetime. In 1842, she was the first US warship to visit China, and later defended the Hawaiian Islands against annexation by the British. Today, she is berthed in Baltimore's inner harbor, where she greets thousands of tourists each year. This kit is loaded with detail true to the actual ship.
