Knurling Tool raises a series of crossed, angled ridges in a diamond pattern on shaft or workpiece to make decorative finish or slip-proof grip. Pivoting head assures equal pressure of both wheels on workpiece. Dual 3/4 inch diameter x 5/16 inch wide wheels; 1/2 inch square x 4 inch long black oxide steel shank.
