| 1. Remove the adjustment thumb nut and spring from the threaded post on top of the arm of the saw. They will no longer be needed, but save them in case you ever want to use the saw without the dust blower. | 2. Insert the nut (item 6) into the piston bottom (item 7). Install the piston ring (item 5) to the piston bottom. Assemble the piston top (item 4) to the piston bottom and secure with three flat head screws (item 19). Tighten the screws snugly, but be careful not to over tighten to the point where damage occurs to the threads or plastic parts. Install spring retainer (item 21) over the threaded post on top of the arm; make sure the large diameter recess for the spring faces upwards. Install the larger spring (item 8) on top of the spring retainer such that the spring fits into the recess properly. Screw on the piston assembly, which you previously assembled, onto the threaded post such that the spring is compressed and the piston assembly is fully seated onto the thread. |

| 3. Slide cylinder sleeve (item 3) over the piston. Assemble the small spring (item 9) over the hub on top of the piston.Assemble the gasket (item 11) to the cap (item 10) and in turn assemble these to the top of the small spring. You will have to hold the parts with your left hand while you install the right side housing (item 2), the one with the projecting air port, with your right hand. Orient the parts so that the cap, cylinder sleeve and spring retainer fit into their respective cavities in the housing. Install the left housing (item 1), again making sure the parts are positioned properly, and secure with 5 round head screws (item 20). | 4. Assemble hex head screw (item 12), left clamp plate (item 13), center clamp plate (item 14), air pipe (item 17), left clamp plate (item 15) and thumb nut (item 16) as shown in the figure. Attach tubing (item 18) to connect the air pipe to the piston housing port. Your dust blower and Multi-Saw are ready for use. Loosen the thumb nut to position the air pipe in the best location for removing sawdust without disturbing the cutting action. |
