Assembly Instructions for #81403 Rotary Bit Organizer

Secure the two standoffs to the back of the drilled plate with the self threading screws provided. Use pliers to hold the standoffs while driving the screws. Place the self-stick rubber feet at the locations shown in the drawing. The organizer may now be placed on your worbench at either a high or low angle. If you want the organizer to sit flat on your workbench, do not install the standoffs. Simply stick the rubber feet to the bottom of the drilled plate...one in each of the four corners. Note: The rubber feet stick best to a clean, dry surface.
