MRC 1651 (Micro-Mark #83759) decoder in the Mantua 2-6-6-2 loco with tender (Micro-Mark #71019) | ||
| Remove the four screws on the bottom corners of the tender shell and remove the shell. | ||

| Remove the dummy socket from the end of the wiring harness. | ||
 | ||
| Remove the cable harness from the decoder socket, and plug the tender cable into the decoder socket. | ||
 | ||
| Replace the tender shell. Connect the tender to the locomotive and program the decoder. | ||
