Description

This locomotive-specific MRC drop-in sound decoder with included speaker replaces the original PC board connected to the model's motor. Decoder operates with any NMRA compatible DCC System and MRC Tech 6 DC power packs.

Decoder features:

  • 16-bit 'Brilliance' prime mover sound

  • 16 sound volume levels

  • Sound synchronized with functional dynamic braking and service braking

  • Air compressor with prime mover RPM option

  • 4 horns and 2 bells

  • 1.5 amp capacity

  • 28 NMRA accessory functions

  • Supports custom speed tables and full readback of all CVs

  • Excellent slow speed control and adjustable back EMF

  • Includes speaker
