This riveting tool kit provides the main components to easily create rivets in metal materials for hard fast (cold) connections or to create tubing eyelets to allow movement of layered sheeting of metals when designing jewelry. The use of this block will enable the user to create aesthetically appealing and professional uniform rivets on workpieces.
Includes:
2oz. Head Cross Peen / Flattening Hammer.
Wire gauge hole puncher with adjustable depth set for 12, 14, 16, and 18 gauge wires, (hex wrench included).
Hardened steel wire gauge riveting block. The 2 holes at the top are for inserting your riveting wire and cutting at the surface level to obtain consistent proper length wire for riveting. The 4-centered holes each at approximately 1.8mm in depth to support the wire while forming your first rivet head. 4 dimpled holes to the left for maintaining the shape of an opposing side rivet shape after forming and while forming the reverse side. 3 right side circle rings for the shaping of riveting eyelets. The narrow side holes allow the forming of rivet heads on curved metal.
