Alaska Airlines unveiled its "Our Commitment" aircraft in April 2021, in partnership with the United Negro College Fund (UNCF). The paint scheme "features 14 profiles of the next generation of leaders: the children, grandchildren and mentees of Alaska's employees" and highlights their focus on reaffirming a commitment to education and promoting conversation about the transformative impact of education on people's lives.
