Hunterline's Raw Siena Weathering Mix, a yellow-brown earth tone color that works well to weather rock; or when combined with additional colors, can achieve a very effective 'weathered' western wood color, like the old saloons and blacksmith shops of the wild, wild west. The benefits of using an alcohol based stain is fast drying times, which helps prevent ‘warping’ of the wood; and it’s easy to dilute the mix for varying degrees of the color. A bottle of common 70% isopropyl alcohol is all you need! Works just as well on plastic, paper, cardboard or hydrocal and cleans up with simple soap and water.
