This kit allows you to model the flight deck section of a modern aircraft carrier. Included are a detailed catapult and jet blaster deflector, which prevents possible damage from aircraft exhaust blasts during take-off. The jet blast deflector is raised and lowered by hydraulic cylinders which are also represented in 1/72 scale model kit. Includes decal sheet with markings.

The carrier deck section is the ideal piece upon which to build interesting dioramas with your carrier-based aircraft scale models. Paint, glue and aircraft sold separately.
