The six-story Park Place mid-block building, flaunts an architectural style can be found nationally and fits with any era. The elegance of the structure derives from it's fine proportions, perfect balance of detail and its simplicity. The kit provides separate, self-locating windows and doors, pre-cast in color. Side and rear walls are cast in correct "common brick" color. Stone-color areas on the front can be left as they are or cornice and street levels can be painted to replicate iron/sheet metal, which is more typical. Only front brick areas require painting. Tab and slot locators and precisely machined 45° angles provide easy, square assembly of wall corners. Black roof with cast-in hatches and one chimney are included plus clear window material and photo/text instructions.
