Berthed on the Hudson River as the centerpiece of the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum in New York City; millions have marveled at this historic aircraft carrier. USS Intrepid served in World War II, the Cold War, the Vietnam War and even as a recovery vessel for NASA during it's long and illustrious past.
Trumpeter's 1/350 scale model kit features more than 780 parts on 31 sprues with hull, detailed flight and hangar decks, positionable aircraft elevators, photo-etched details and decals; armed aircraft wings with Skyraiders, A-4 Skyhawks, F-8 Crusaders and UH-2 Sea Sprite helicopters. Measures 31" L x 7-1/2" W.
