Micro-Mark Contests, Sweepstakes and Giveaways

Micro-Mark runs a variety of Contests, Sweepstakes and Giveaways throughout the year on various platforms, including our social media channels. You will find that there are specific rules and guidelines governing each Contest, Sweepstakes and Giveaway when you enter and participate in them.

Following are general rules and guidelines that apply to all Micro-Mark Contests, Sweepstakes and Giveaways, regardless of platform:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. Any prize or prizes awarded cannot be redeemed for cash. You must be 18 years of age or older to enter; 18 years of age or older to win. Participation is open to everyone except employees of Scientific Models/Micro-Mark, their families, agencies and representatives. A purchase or payment will not increase an entrant's chances of winning. Odds of winning any prize will depend on the total number of entries.

SMS Contests, Sweepstakes and Giveaways

In addition to the above, to participate in Micro-Mark SMS Contests, Sweepstakes and Giveaways, entrants must sign up for and agree to receive special promotional texts from Micro-Mark. Entrant's names, phone numbers, and email addresses will not be shared with any other businesses and will only be used by Micro-Mark to send exclusive promotional offers. By signing up via text, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g. cart reminders) from Micro-Mark at the cell number used when signing up. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. What shipping address do you need?

We ship by USPS or other carriers (at our option), so be sure to give a complete address deliverable by all carriers.


What credit cards do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover.


All of the items I ordered are not in the carton I received. What happened?

Check the codes in front of each item on the packing list. An explanation for each code is in the table above the list. Please allow ample time for all packages to arrive before contacting us.


What is your return policy?

We hope you will be completely satisfied with your order...but, if an item does not meet your expectations, you may return it in as-new condition within 30 days of delivery for a replacement, exchange or refund of the merchandise price.

To return merchandise: Repack items in their original packaging and fill out the back of your packing slip/form. Place merchandise and form in a sturdy box and ship to: Micro-Mark Returns Dept., 340 Snyder Avenue, Berkeley Heights, NJ 07922



Please note:

  • All sales are final after the 30-day return period has expired.

  • All items subject to availability. We reserve the right to correct typographical errors. Prices subject to change without notice. Products may vary from photos. Micro-Mark®, Micro-Make, MicroLux®, Switch Tender® are registered trademarks.

  • All returned items are subject to inspection: Items returned damaged, used, incomplete, or without original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee, or such condition may void the Satisfaction Guarantee.

  • Unless applied directly to exchanged items, a refund will be issued in the form of a check, a Micro-Mark credit slip, or a credit to the credit card account under which it was originally purchased.

  • Transportation charges (freight, shipping and handling) are not refundable.

  • If your order was damaged in shipment, contact Customer Service at 1-888-263-7076 for instructions. Hold the original carton and damaged merchandise for inspection; otherwise, no claim will be honored.

  • Kits are returnable only if the contents are in an undisturbed, like new condition. The return of a kit will NOT be accepted if:

    1. Parts have been removed from sprues or wood sheets.

    2. Construction has been started.

    3. Bags of component parts have been opened.

    4. Box and/or contents have been damaged.

    5. Kit is returned in packaging other than manufacturer's original packaging.

    6. Note: Returned items must be packaged well in an appropriate shipping carton. You may wish to save and reuse the original shipping box and packing material should the kit need to be returned to us.


Terms & Conditions for Special Order Items


Special orders must be placed on the telephone. These orders are prepaid, not returnable, and may not be combined with any other offer. Items are covered by manufacturers' warranty only; in case of product difficulty, customer must contact the manufacturer directly for rectification.
