Digital Readout for metalworking and woodworking machines include a remote digital display that can be positioned up to 6 feet away for easy viewing. Readings are displayed in .0005 inch, 1/128 inch, and .01 mm increments. Aluminum bars offer an accuracy: 0.002" per 6 inches. (Optional Steel bar units offer .001" of accuracy. See 86711 and 86712). Resettable to zero at any position. Includes USB data port, AC adapter power port, mounting hardware and batteries. Aluminum beam.

No more guessing or just getting "close"

I have the 12" version of this gauge. I have it mounted on my table saw sled and use it for making box finger joints. I use a threaded rod to advance the wood across the blade and the gauge tells me how much I am advancing. I wrote an app for the phone and it tells me each setting for any sized fingers and slots.


The gauge seems to be very accurate and gives me repeatable results at an extremely reasonable price. A friend introduced me to this. He has 2 for X and Y on his metal lathe. I highly recommend and the guys in the woodshop were very impressed too.
